Maxwell as our guide to learn how to enhance our communication skills and foster better connections.

The reality is that some individuals seem to connect with ease and grace, while others often feel stuck. It’s no surprise that when some people share their brilliant ideas in detail, they might not resonate with others—just like how your kids may not seem to pay attention. Perhaps this is because you're not genuinely connecting during your communication.

Talk is abundant, but the real question is: how can you make your words impactful and influence the results you desire?

Join us as we delve into practices that promote connection on common ground. We will also engage in an interactive experience known as the Leadership Game, created by John C. Maxwell, to enhance our learning outcomes.

Attending the monthly leadership meeting served two purposes for me: (a) It provided an opportunity to connect with other pastor's wives and female pastors (b) It empowered me to enhance my leadership skills in my role as a pastor's wife.

When I first attended the pastor's wives monthly leadership training, I was expecting a casual gathering for sharing and encouragement among the pastor's wives. To my surprise, I was delighted to receive comprehensive and relevant training from a highly skilled and spiritually guided facilitator. These monthly sessions have offered pastors' wives unique leadership insights not found elsewhere. Despite being leaders, many are not recognized as such or able to fully utilize their leadership skills. It's a challenging position, but these training sessions help pinpoint areas for improvement, provide growth tools, and establish accountability for continuous development. Tiffany Lewis, the visionary behind Mastermind, is determined to connect with pastors' wives and female pastors in Northwest Ohio. Having grown up as a preacher's child, she has observed how these individuals are often overlooked, and gathered with other women at annual women's services and retreats. Tiffany noticed a gap in Christian network groups tailored specifically for this community to enhance personal and professional growth. There was also a lack of platforms for them to seek guidance and wisdom from experienced pastors and first ladies.
